The finished egg roll is cut into slices and placed on a serving dish.

To prepare 2 servings of Japanese omelet with leek, you need 6 eggs, half a stem of leek, a little soy sauce, rice vinegar and a slice of frying butter. Instead of leeks for this recipe, any spicy green is suitable.

We spread the roll with the filling.

Gently roll, roll in cling film and send to the refrigerator. You can sprinkle with chopped greens on top or decorate somehow.

It is better to cook the night before, and then cut into circles on the table.
